Why we built this
In our part of Roanoke, a lot of folks don’t get dental insurance through work. Service workers, hourly employees, the self-employed, retirees, students, families between jobs — for years, the answer to “how much will this cost?” has been a barrier to care that should never have existed in the first place.
So we did something about it. Our in-house membership plan is not insurance — it’s a direct agreement between our practice and you. You pay one annual fee. You get two cleanings, two exams, and your X-rays. Everything else gets a real, member discount. There’s no waiting period, no claim form, no annual maximum, and no one denying your care.

How much does it cost?

Can I sign up the same day as my first visit?
Yes. Many patients join on the day of their first cleaning so the exam, X-rays, and the cleaning itself are all already covered.
What if I already have insurance?
Great — we accept most major PPO plans too. The membership plan is for patients without insurance, or whose insurance doesn't cover what they need.
