When you come in for your first visit, we’ll have a real conversation about cost, before any treatment begins. We’ll show you what your insurance covers (if you have it), what theVirginia Dental Clubmembership includes, what CareCredit could finance, and what you’d pay out of pocket. No surprises, no pressure.

Most major insurance plans

We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans. Our front desk will verify your benefits before your visit and file claims for you. Bring your insurance card to your first appointment, or email us a photo of the front and back beforehand.

Virginia Dental Club membership

Virginia Dental Club is a membership plan for patients without dental insurance. $279 a year for an individual, $259 a year for each additional member in the same household. No enrollment fee. Renews annually. Your membership includes two cleanings, two routine exams, one problem-focused emergency exam, and your X-rays at no charge each membership year. CareCredit financing

For larger treatment plans, CareCredit offers 0% promotional financing for qualifying patients. Apply at our office or before your visit at carecredit.com.

Cards, cash, check

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks. Pay at the front desk after your visit, or ask about prepaying for a treatment plan to lock in your estimated cost.
