Williamson Road runs eight miles from downtown Roanoke north to Botetourt County. Once Roanoke’s primary commercial spine, the road has reinvented itself again and again — and today it is one of the most genuinely international neighborhoods in western Virginia. Local restaurants, ethnic grocers, multi-language storefronts, churches, schools, the Berglund Center — this is a working community with real character. We love being part of it.
A diverse, welcoming community
The 24012 ZIP is home to one of the highest concentrations of Lebanese and Dominican families in the country, alongside long-rooted Black families, growing Latino and Asian communities, and lifelong Roanokers whose grandparents grew up on the same streets. We see that diversity in our chairs every day, and we build our care around it: clear plain-language explanations, judgment-free conversations about cost, and a front desk that will always greet you warmly.
The Airport neighborhood
Our office at 5710 Airport Rd NW sits in what Roanoke officially calls the Airport neighborhood — bounded by Airport Road, Hershberger Road, and I-581. Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport is three miles north. Valley View Mall is just down the road. ECPI University is right across the way. Patients combine their visit with a Target run, a school pickup, or a stop on the way home from a shift at the airport. We’re built around how this community actually moves through its day.
